The DAL Agriculture team comprises a range of Sudanese and international specialists in their respective fields. Each of our farms employs a mix of Sudanese and expatriate personnel, and operates with a full time, on-site management team. Many of the farm personnel are Sudanese that have spend considerable periods of their career working on some of the most presitigious farms in Saudi Arabia. The farms are supported by a head office team providing central services such as procurement, HR and finance. Specialist support is provided by a team of international partners from across the world.
DAL Agriculture's long farming heritage also adds to the strength of our team. DAL Agriculture was set up in 1984 to provide services - such as land preparation and harvesting - on a contract basis to farms in Jezeera State, south of Khartoum. This knowledge and experience has proved invaluable as DAL Agriculture has developed its own large scale farms.
