Our farms can produce a variety of grains but we focus predominantly on wheat and corn. We follow best practice guidance on crop rotation to ensure soil sustainability and the return of micronutrients to the soil.
The farms have the flexibility to switch between crops as the seasons and or commodity prices shift. With five percent of the land dedicated to research and development, we continuously trial new crops, and subject to their success, can produce these subject to demand.
